You will represent Pt. Bhimsen Joshi Sangeet Academy’s “SWAR KALA SANGAM” in the region allocated to you.
Pt. Bhimsen Joshi Sangeet Academy will provide you a comprehensive training to enroll new Franchisee for “Swar Kala Sangam”, schools and to support them.

ELIGIBILITY

• Energetic and Self Motivated Achievers
• Good Communication skills and Training Abilities.
• Pleasant appearance and disposition
• Smart personality and Selling skills
• Prior business background not necessary
• Strong relationships/connections in the Franchise Zone
• Those with good connections with schools/colleges within the area, will be given preference
• Problem solving attitude. Ability to counsel, solve problems and provide support to the Franchisee Centers
• Target Oriented. Ability to meet enrollment targets
• Willingness to travel.

NATURE OF ACTIVITY & YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

• To be the visible face of Pt. Bhimsen Joshi Sangeet Academy’s “SWAR KALA SANGAM” within the zone
• To enroll/appoint new Franchisees within the stipulated time period.
• To help setup Franchisee Centers
• To enroll Schools, Colleges, Education Centers for various Company Programs
• To expand the company business in the Franchise Zone
• To identify, interview and recruit employees, trainers etc. on behalf of the company/Franchise Center
• To oversee operations of company business within the Franchise Zone
• Regional promotion within your area (organising regional events, meetings etc).

Each region will have a potential for setting up to 25 “SWAR KALA SANGAM” Centers and will cover at least 200 public schools.
Pt. Bhimsen Joshi Sangeet Academy’s “SWAR KALA SANGAM” will provide you a comprehensive hand holding to achieve the above mentioned Objectives and responsibility. You will also participate in revenue generated in your region.
